Our Lifelong Learning Program reaches out to a worldwide community of learners of all ages and provides access to opportunities for intellectual and personal growth that are the core mission of Saint Katherine College. Flexibility in time and place, variety of delivery methods, and creative use of the best in technology make these programs unique. From its beginning the Lifelong Learning Program has been committed to taking the College’s resources beyond the campus walls to serve its neighboring communities, the state of California, the nation and the world. Students who cannot continue their education and desire to explore in a classroom setting because of geographic limitations, employment and family responsibilities, or physical limitations or restrictions can choose from a wide selection of courses designed for a variety of delivery options.

Courses will begin in Fall 2011. A typical course will involve a lecture-discussion at the Saint Katherine College campus with opportunities for participants to view and engage the lecturer via internet e-learning applications. These courses will be 3-5 weeks in duration. A reading list and syllabus will be provided by the faculty who also teach on campus. Small class sizes with one-on-one instructor guidance will ensure personalized communication. These courses are non-credit and primarily designed for adults who seek to explore diverse topics from a Christian worldview at an academic level.
