Career Services

Career Services is an important part of student life at St Katherine College. We offer individualized attention to students who are seeking career direction, considering majors, exploring internships, job searching or applying for graduate school. Drop by the Dean’s office with quick questions or to have a resume reviewed by our staff. More in-depth appointments with a career counselor are typically available the very next day so a student won’t miss an application deadline or fail to be prepared for an interview.

Career Counseling
In-depth assistance is provided for students who want to clarify career direction or determine occupations of interest by appointment with a career counselor. Additionally, career assessments are available after an initial meeting. Career counselors offer assistance with career planning and developing your job and internship search strategies. They will review the content and presentation of resumes and cover letters. We offer a wide range of assistance in preparing for interviews, including mock interviews. If graduate or professional school is in your future, we will assist with your application process.

 Workshops and Events
Programs and workshops to assist with career planning, developing job and internship search skills, networking and applying for graduate school are offered regularly. We always have events and programs scheduled to help you make good career decisions and prepare you for life after St Katherine College.
